Position Overview:
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at Meati, your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently input data into our systems. This data will include product information, sales figures, customer details, and other important data points that help us track and improve our business. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure that our data is up-to-date and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain accurate data in our company databases and systems
• Coordinate with various departments to verify and update data
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits
• Provide support in creating reports and analyzing data trends
• Assist with data entry for sales and inventory tracking
• Respond to data inquiries and requests from colleagues in a timely manner
• Help identify and troubleshoot data entry issues and discrepancies
• Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure accurate and consistent data entries
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company data protection policies
• Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline our data entry processes

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
