Location: East Side – Indianapolis, IN
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00+ per hour (based on experience)About the Role:We are seeking highly skilled TIG Welders & Fabricators with a refined touch and experience working with thin gauge stainless steel (14–18 gauge). The ideal candidate will have a showpiece-quality weld style and be able to deliver both precision and consistency. This is a full-time, 1st shift position on the east side of Indianapolis.This is not production welding — it’s craftsmanship. If you're from the racing or custom fabrication industries, you'll likely thrive in this environment. Attention to detail and the ability to work cleanly and accurately with thin stainless is essential — there’s no room for burn-throughs here.Key Responsibilities:

TIG weld thin gauge stainless steel (14g–18g) with consistent quality and minimal distortion
Fabricate custom components from blueprints, sketches, or CAD drawings
Maintain a clean, organized work area and take pride in producing visually appealing welds
Use a variety of hand tools, grinders, brakes, and shears as needed for fabrication
Inspect completed welds for structural integrity and visual appearance
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and design specifications

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience, specifically with thin gauge stainless steel
Proven ability to produce cosmetically clean, high-quality welds
Strong fabrication and blueprint reading skills
Experience in custom, motorsport, racing, or high-end metalwork
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications a plus but not required
