• We're looking for a sharp, energetic Art Director to join our in-house creative team. You’ll work closely with the Senior Art Director to support a wide range of design and production needs across digital, print, packaging, photo, and content creation. You’ll help bring our brand to life across all touchpoints, including email, social, web, retail, internal communications, and more, with work that’s on-brand, polished, and strategically sound. This role is perfect for someone who’s well-versed in different creative platforms, highly detail-oriented, excellent at time management, thrives on collaboration, and has a strong understanding of how brand consistency works across every piece of creative.

• Create and adapt designs for digital & print (email, web, packaging, and collateral)
• Create visual assets such as icons, basic illustrations, and occasional social graphics
• Support photography needs, from asset creation to assisting with shoots and production
• Photo retouching and product mockup rendering; must be highly skilled in Photoshop
• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all creative deliverables
• Manage revisions and feedback efficiently, balancing priorities and deadlines
• Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, and file systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet creative needs
• Stay flexible and proactive as projects shift, tackling tasks of all sizes with attention to detail

• A passion for brand storytelling and a knack for creating engaging, brand-right visuals
• Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
• Welcomes feedback as growth and a natural part of the creative process
• You have your pulse on the latest trends and get excited about the ever-evolving CPG industry
• Understanding of how to make brands stand out in a crowded digital and physical space
• High attention to detail - you meticulously proof your work and ask questions when needed
• Ability to engage with all team members effectively, including cross-functional team members when needed
