Position Type: Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $24.50 | Year 3 - $25.25 | Year 4 - $25.25 | Year 5 - $26.25

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment while unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness standards within the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Monitor product quality and report any safety or sanitation concerns.
• Assist management in achieving budgeted goals and comply with safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Work in varying temperatures within the warehouse environment.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
