About the Role
Were seeking an energetic and driven Sports Marketing Intern to support our athlete brand outreach and sponsorship initiatives . This role is ideal for someone passionate about sports, marketing, and the business side of athlete branding, from Endurance athletes to emerging collegiate and professional football and basketball players.

Youll work closely with our marketing and partnerships team to identify collaboration opportunities, assist in outreach campaigns, and help activate NIL (Name, Image & Likeness) and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support brand outreach and athlete partnership development
• Research and contact potential brand partners and athlete collaborators
• Assist with NIL activation and sponsorship campaign coordination
• Create engaging marketing materials and pitch decks for brand proposals
• Help manage athlete social content, storytelling, and brand alignment
• Track engagement metrics, compile reports, and present partnership insights
• Support on-site activation and athlete branding at local and national events

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related field (MBA in Sport Management or related field preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for athlete marketing, NIL, and brand partnerships
• Strong knowledge of college and pro sports
• Comfortable with social media marketing and outreach tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about connecting athletes and brands
• Creative, flexible, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
