We are seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented Site Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small team in a fast-paced, high-level Boston law firm. The on-site team provides elevated concierge-style hospitality support, catered event support, and general office services including printing, mail distribution, and reception relief. The Site Manager ensures smooth, efficient, and professional support of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks. This role includes supervision of all site employees, including recruiting, training, scheduling, payrolling, counseling, and development of their professional skills. This position requires a confident, collaborative leadership style and the ability to earn trust and respect from both the team and the client. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates with clarity and professionalism, and brings a proactive, ownership mentality to their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team providing high-quality office and hospitality services
• Build positive relationships with client stakeholders, earning confidence through responsiveness, insight, and professionalism
• Anticipate client needs and offer thoughtful, well-communicated solutions that align with their goals
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and high performance among staff
• Implement operational improvements and resolve challenges quickly and diplomatically
• Serve as the go-to on-site leader, balancing assertiveness with tact
• Serve as the principal liaison between EPIQ, the clients administration, and the site employees
• Hire, train, manage, and evaluate all personnel assigned to the site
• Schedule personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and ensure contracted hours are covered without excessive overtime
• Recruit and interview potential EPIQ candidates for available positions at the site
• Compile, collect, and report data necessary to provide the client with monthly management reports
• Display high ethical standards, integrity, work ethic, and loyalty
• Provide excellent client elevated concierge-style hospitality support to all end-users at the site

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent years of directly relevant work experience
• A minimum of 5 years of client service-oriented experience in the hospitality field or setting
• Proven success as a customer service manager with a strong guest-focused mentality and ability to inspire hospitality teams
• Ability to handle complaints and situations with patience, tact, and diplomacy
• Manual dexterity for operating office machinery
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Understanding of Event Management Systems (EMS) and Property Management System (PMS) programs
• Clear spoken communication; ability to ensure listeners understand
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule to manage client events as needed, including some evenings and/or weekends
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs and handle packages up to 75 lbs
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods
• Hours: 7 am - 4 pm

Compensation: The compensation range for this role is 62,764 to 86,531 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range depends on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
