Fundamental Responsibilities:
Customer Service: The treatment of each of our customers in a compassionate and caring way is at the very core of what differentiates AquaShine from its competition. Taking care of the customer is always our number one goal.
Onsite Sales: Whether it’s signing people up for e-mail promotions or selling monthly wash subscriptions, every initiative needs a champion. This will almost always fall to your onsite manager. That said, the skills to engage customers with a smile, explain benefits and close the sale are very different than processing paper work. We like to call membership sales our "education process." By the time you are speaking with a customer they have already decided to purchase a wash. It is now our job to connect with them on their level and present the better value of membership vs single washing.

Total Compensation range for this position is $55k+/year, plus commission.
