What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Maintain basic Salesforce administration tasks, including user management and data management
• Assist Salesforce users by addressing issues and managing the support channel
• Monitor user adoption and drive engagement with the platform
• Conduct configuration changes and manage sandbox environments
• Support deployment and post-implementation testing of configuration changes

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce or an IT-related role
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce or an IT-related role
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce platform and applications
• Experience in formal project management and overseeing the project lifecycle
• Salesforce and other relevant software certifications and training
• Experience leading teams through the implementation of new application features
