As a Project Safety Trainer , you will be working with our corporate safety team with training facilitation and administrative tasks at a rural lithium mine in northern Nevada. You will be responsible for site safety training and training programs, as well as supporting the team in all administrative and document control support. Successful candidates will demonstrate a high attention to detail, strong time management skills, and experience working in dynamic team environments. Work schedule and hours: 60-60-50 -- two consecutive weeks of 60 hours each, followed by one week of 50 hours, schedule repeats. This position is not eligible for remote work.

You will be responsible for the application of construction safety standards and regulations. You will work together with the project management team and field supervision to ensure that all work is completed in a safe manner to avoid risk of injury or harm.
