General Manager of Premium Kitchen & Bath (formally Premium Cabinets St Louis) About the Position: Premium Kitchen & Bath is seeking a dynamic, energetic, proactive and experienced Kitchen Cabinet Design & Sales Specialist to join our team for the design, estimate, and sales of quality kitchen and bath cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and our in-house installation services. This position requires a person of positive influence and productive action. Everyday we are happy, enthusiastic, and grateful for every opportunity. If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in. This is a salary plus commission position with volume based performance bonuses. Most of our designers earn between $75-90k per year with their commissions and top designers will make six figures. Our designers work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. About the Company: Premium Kitchen & Bath is a supplier of high quality kitchen and bathroom cabinets, where we work with both retail and wholesale customers. Clients/Contractors/Builders have 3 options to choose from when working with Premium: 1) Purchase Cabinets. 2) Purchase Cabinets, Countertops and Installation Services for both. 3) Purchase One Stop Shop Remodeling Services performed by our own in-house construction team where we control the entire process from start to finish utilizing our own materials and labor. Responsibilities Include: Identifying leads, managing prospects, building long-term repeat customer relationships, and acquiring new business Attend a minimum of one networking event per month Ensuring each client receives a 5-star customer experience by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging clients, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service Creating cabinet layout drawings utilizing our design software Tracking and maintaining job opportunities through our CRM Following up on and closing sales, KPI Measured 40% close ratio Collaborating internally with the different divisions and departments (i.e. warehouse/operations, construction/installation teams, etc.) Showroom display presentation Conduct final on-site measurement of the space to ensure layout fits space as designed Skills and Experience: Customer Communication and Service worthy of 5-star reviews Comfortability discussing budget, investment, money with clients Ability to professionally handle objections and provide solutions Solid basic math skills Strong work ethic and ability to work with a fast paced team Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and follow through on projects to completion. Time management skills are a must.
