Location: Irvine, CA | Full-Time | $18.00 – $19.00/hour

Lulyboo, a fast-growing baby products brand bringing comfort and smiles to families everywhere, is looking for a friendly, reliable Order Processor & Receptionist to join our amazing team!

 

What You’ll Do

  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Process customer orders accurately and on time
  • Communicate with customers, retailers, and the internal team to ensure smooth order flow
  • Support our accounting and logistics teams with data entry and invoice tracking
  • Work with Microsoft Outlook, Excel daily (and possibly EDI, Dynamics 365, or QuickBooks)
  • Keep things organized and ensure office supplies are replenished

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility, you show up and get things done!
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook and Excel (we’ll train you further)
  • Bonus points if you’ve used EDI, Dynamics 365, or QuickBooks
  • Comfortable handling calls, emails, and basic administrative tasks

 

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $17.50 – $19.00/hour , depending on experience
  • Full-time with basic benefits
