Starting Wage: $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Schedules:

Schedule A1: Working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday; off on Monday and Tuesday.
Pay Scale: Year 1 - $26.75 | Year 2 - $27.50 | Year 3 - $28.25 | Year 4 - $28.25 | Year 5 - $29.25

Schedule A2: Working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; off on Wednesday and Thursday.
Pay Scale: Year 1 - $26.75 | Year 2 - $27.50 | Year 3 - $28.25 | Year 4 - $28.25 | Year 5 - $29.25

Schedule B: Three-week rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday two out of three weekends. When scheduled to work Saturday and Sunday, two consecutive weekdays will be scheduled off.
Pay Scale: Year 1 - $23.75 | Year 2 - $24.50 | Year 3 - $25.25 | Year 4 - $25.25 | Year 5 - $26.25

Schedule C: Four-week rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. When scheduled to work Saturday and Sunday, two weekdays will be scheduled off.
Pay Scale: Year 1 - $22.25 | Year 2 - $23.00 | Year 3 - $23.75 | Year 4 - $23.75 | Year 5 - $24.75

Schedule D: Working Monday through Friday; off on Saturday and Sunday.
Pay Scale: Year 1 - $20.75 | Year 2 - $21.50 | Year 3 - $22.75 | Year 4 - $22.75 | Year 5 - $23.25

Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

As a Warehouse Package Handler, you'll:

• Select and efficiently receive incoming stock to fulfill orders for stores.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, while unloading incoming freight from trucks/back-hauls.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts as per guidelines.
• Engage positively with colleagues, suppliers, and leadership to promote effective communication.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products and consult management regarding quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Act independently within your responsibilities to contribute to successful operations.
• Support management in achieving budgeted goals through dedicated performance.
• Follow ergonomic programs as per procedures and operate equipment safely.
• Notify management about quality, safety, or sanitation concerns.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting and placing of products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Constant movement of merchandise from stock and preparation for deliveries.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to work continuously in varying temperatures (hot and cold).
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
