About the Role:

As a Corporate Soul Intern, you’ll collaborate with our HR team to support programs that enhance the Crewmember experience. From helping with recruitment and engagement events to contributing to the launch of new HR systems, this role provides a well-rounded introduction to human resources and company culture operations. You’ll also have the chance to research best practices, contribute to training materials, and assist with planning future internship cohorts. This full-time summer internship will run from May 18th through August 7th.

A Day in the Life:

Your day will be dynamic and people-focused, blending administrative support with creative projects that enhance our workplace culture. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development to ensure every Crewmember feels valued and supported. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conduct research on best practices in employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Assist with company-wide HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of our new HR platform, Workday.
  • Help coordinate hiring events and recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate outreach.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Support training initiatives by developing materials and tracking participation.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback for improving future internship programs.
  • Complete other projects as assigned to support the Corporate Soul team.

Required Experience:

  • Active college student completing sophomore or junior year
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous HR, office, or administrative experience

Skill, Licenses, & Certifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with HR platforms or tools preferred
  • Passion for fostering positive workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Leadership experience or extracurricular involvement preferred

Pay & Perks:

Compensation is $18.00/hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
