Residential Cleaner Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and safe for all occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
• Ensure all areas are left in a tidy condition for the next use.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
