About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff and Strategic Operations to play a vital role as an advisor and strategic partner. In this influential position, you will be responsible for bringing the Director's vision to life, managing important projects, and ensuring smooth operation within the Director's Office.

The ideal candidate will excel at fostering effective communication, aligning with broader institutional goals, and executing priorities efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing executive projects, driving strategic initiatives, and optimizing workflows within the team.

You will also engage in comprehensive research and analysis, prepare for high-level meetings, and manage confidential executive matters with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in executive strategy, project management, and leadership support, ideally in an academic or complex organizational context.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills and experience in executive advisory roles.
• Proven success in strategic planning and managing high-level initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
