Job Type: Part-time (Contractor or Hourly)
Pay: $25/hour base rate + bonus per class size (see below)
Expected Hours: 2–6 hours per week to start, with potential to grow based on class demand
Schedule: Flexible (Evenings, Weekends, and Daytime options available)

About the Role:

Top Spot is seeking a passionate and certified Pilates Instructor to lead empowering, technique-driven classes for a range of clients—from youth athletes to pregnant/postpartum moms , adult clients, and cheer/tumbling athletes in need of flexibility, strength, and core conditioning.

You’ll be teaching in a small group class format (8+ participants) , with the opportunity to shape your offerings, grow your following, and help your students achieve both personal and athletic goals.

Class Types You May Teach:

• Youth & Teen Athlete Pilates (cheer, tumble, and sports performance focus)

• Adult Pilates & Core Strength

• Flexibility & Mobility Training

• Pre/Postnatal Pilates & Core Recovery

• Abs & Core Focus Classes

• Restorative or Recovery Sessions (foam rolling, light stretching, breathwork)

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat certification required; Reformer optional but not needed)

• Experience working with youth, athletes, and adult clients , including pregnant or postpartum women

• Ability to scale workouts for different fitness levels in one class

• Confidence in teaching form, body alignment, core control, and functional strength

• A welcoming, motivational coaching style that empowers clients and builds trust

• Commitment to safety, technical instruction, and body-positive coaching

• Willingness to follow and support Top Spot’s mission to grow confidence, capability, and connection through fitness

Compensation:

Base Rate:

• $25/hour for classes with 1–3 clients, hourly rate increases with every 2 enrollments.

Instructors may earn more based on retention, demand, and class popularity.
